Honor is now hyping the camera aesthetics of the Honor 400 series via a teaser. The company has shared a new video clip revealing the complete design of the upcoming digital smartphone lineup, highlighting some of the major upgrades.
The Chinese phone maker has confirmed the Honor 400 series launch for 22 May. Although it didn’t showcase the first official look of the phones yet. It seems the wait is over as Honor has recently dropped a new promotional video on X.
Looking into the teaser, the Honor 400 series design and camera bump are quite similar to the leaked renders. It shows two smartphones: Standard and Pro.
The Standard Honor 400 has two giant lens rings and a small LED flash ring housed in an asymmetrical camera bump. Meanwhile, the Pro variant has three lens rings placed in a triangle format with a pill-shaped LED flash inside the bump.
Both phones highlight simple yet elegant color schemes with a flat glossy back panel. The Standard variant shows sleek box-like edges with rounded corners, while the Pro variant has thin sides and slightly curved corners.
The devices have a power button and volume rockers on the right side. The Honor branding appears at the bottom right corner of the rear panel. Based on the sides, Honor 400 may feature a flat screen while the Pro model can use a curved panel.
Looks like the company didn’t focus much on the design, but on the specs of the Honor 400 series. The caption hints that Honor has seeded new AI and camera functionalities like a 200MP lens into the new handset. Further mystery will be resolved on May 22.
